Mr. Jeffery Thomson conceived and launched the IMA Research Center of Excellence, which has delivered global applications, tools and guidance enabling management accountants to be more influential strategic business partners.
Prior to his IMA assignment (2005), Thomson worked at AT&T for over two decades where he served in various financial, strategic and operational roles. In his last position at AT&T he served as the CFO for Business Sales, an $18B revenue operation.
Thomson has conducted research, written numerous articles, served as a contributing author, and spoken globally on the following topics: financial leadership, enterprise risk management, internal controls, business performance management, strategic costing methods, lean accounting, strategic planning and competitive analysis.
Grace has more than 16 years of extensive experience in Finance and corporate management, companies she served includes Metso, Tektronix, GE medical. She is equipped with detailed knowledge in Accounting, Finance Management, Taxation, Financing, Regulatory laws application; Corporate Control, HR, Taxation and ERP system are also Grace’s interest and coverage for years.
In her career, Grace has been involved in many corporate restructuring projects, has accumulated much practical experience in tackling with assets/people/policies in the M&A, and company splits. Grace has been also actively involved in variety of outbound and inbound professional activities, providing finance, taxation and entity strategy consulting service.
